Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
🟢 Academic Eligibility

The program requires applicants to

Bachelor’s students and Master’s students must be currently enrolled at a recognized university program in order to apply.

Students can apply to courses even if they are in the final year or have recently graduated — but eligibility may depend on the course. Refer to course requirements on the official site.

🚫 Who Is Not Eligible (for Scholarships)

The scholarship funding only supports applicants who have a Bachelor’s degree and who want to enroll in courses. Bachelor’s students can enroll in courses but may not be eligible for the fully funded scholarship portion.

The applicants who complete only Norwegian language courses will be unable to apply.

Individuals who received an ISS scholarship in the past are not eligible to apply again.

Residents of EU/EEA or Switzerland (who have funding regulations) usually need to meet requirements which make them ineligible for scholarship support

To find the proper courses for your educational goals you must check the official course page.

2. Register on the University Application Portal

3. Fill In Personal & Academic Details

The applicant must complete all required sections by choosing ISS 2026 and selecting their preferred course options.

4. Apply for Scholarship

The applicant must indicate their scholarship or funding application through the portal while providing all necessary documentation.

5. Submit Before Deadline

The complete applications including scholarship documents need to be submitted before the deadline which is set for February 1 2026.

6. Wait for Results
