Bachelorโs students and Masterโs students must be currently enrolled at a recognized university program in order to apply.

The scholarship funding only supports applicants who have a Bachelorโs degree and who want to enroll in courses. Bachelorโs students can enroll in courses but may not be eligible for the fully funded scholarship portion.
The applicants who complete only Norwegian language courses will be unable to apply.
Individuals who received an ISS scholarship in the past are not eligible to apply again.
